GENERAL RULES & REGULATIONS

1. Videos must be clear -unclear videos will not be Judged

2.Camera position will be indicated on each pattern or class description,horse/rider/handler MUST be visible at all times.

3.No back ground music or coaching

4.No editting of videos- one continuous video

5.No illegal equipment or training aides

6.Youth exhibitors must wear helmets in riding classes.rd

7.Horse turn out banding,braiding and tail extensions optional.

8.Rider attire long sleeve shirt, jeans, proper boots,breeches helmet required in English classes.

9.No horse/rider combinations can cross over from walk/trot to walk/trot/canter classes.

10. All entries must be completed . All entry fees are subject to HST. NO ENTRIES WILL BE ACCEPTED WITHOUT COMPLETED PAPERWORK AND ALL MEMBERSHIP/ENTRY FEES PAID IN FULL.

11. Each exhibitor must be a member of the Peterborough Agricultural Society. Membership fee of $5.00 must accompany entry if present year’s membership is not previously paid. Entry fee is $10.00 plus HST.

12. Prize money will be forwarded by the Secretary, to the address of the exhibitor given on the entry form.

13. Judges will not award prizes to livestock that show evidence of tampering to improve their show appearance.

14. Upon discovery of any fraud, misrepresentation, deception, or dishonest practice in the preparation, ownership, or entries of or concerning an animal, or article exhibited, which may have affected, or have been intended to affect the decision of the judge or judges. If it be proved to the satisfaction of the Board of Directors that an exhibitor has been guilty of any of the above named practices, the Board reserves the right to withhold payment of any prize awarded, and may prohibit any such exhibitor from exhibiting in any one class for one or more years.

15. Every exhibitor will comply with and shall be bound by the rules and conditions respecting the breed, class or section in which he or she is exhibiting as sent out in the prize list.

16. Should any question arise not provided for in the Rules and Regulations, the decision of the Board of Directors shall be final.
